Cancellation - No show Policy
Because your reflexology session is important for you and me, we need to be committed to our appointment. When an appointment is canceled, the rhythm of our sessions will be disturbed, as well as it will be a loss for my practice.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the price of the session. If you have a package/gift certificate, the session will be lost.
Late Starts
If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Please plan accordingly and be on time, especially during the pandemic period to give me the necessary time to clean the place after your session.
